Climate controlled building for year round comfort, heated 25 metre, 10 lane pool, Colorado Electronic Timing System with Team Manager/Meet Manager.

The Training fees compare favourably to clubs with similar facilites and discounts are offered to the Glennie School Community.  The Coaching staff are experienced and held in high regard throughout local and national swimming circles.

Aims, Objectives & Rules of the Club

To provide a Club, which caters for swimmers of all abilities and ambitions.

To encourage and foster swimming as a healthy and safe form of sport for both recreation and competition. 

To teach children the importance of setting goals and aiming to achieve them.

To encourage parents to take an active interest in their children's activities and to become involved in all aspects of the running of Club Nights and Club activities.

To organise and run inter-Club swims.

To encourage a healthy outlook and sense of team spirit.

  1. The Code of Behaviour for the Club is that of The Glennie School, which members must abide by. The Glennie Swim Club has adopted the Protection Policy and Procedures document from the Glennie Shcool (February 2002). This document is available upon request.
